Queensberry Laundry, Boston Mass

Well what may not be known by many is that in addition to being a scientist married to an engineer we also do things outside of that. Yes we have a son and that takes a LOT of time. We also have a laundromat…

Its an interesting business to be in. It has been a long time since I lived in an apartment and had to worry about laundry. I mean usually I just go upstairs put clothes in then go watch a movie. Seeing people drag their stuff in from blocks away because parking in Boston sucks is a new lesson in how much people love that city.

I also am learning a lot about fixing dryers.

All in all its a good investment. I have to say two things on top of the brief post here: 1) quarters are my life 2) more people should use our wash dry fold service. Then you just leave your clothes and come back later. At $1.10 a pound it isn’t that expensive and the ease of dealing with this day to day hassle is gone.

Make is $.98/pound and advertise it as less than the cost of a song.
